Aira Valentino is capable of manufacturing for its client companies also different types of assemblies, such as for example power take-offs, made of C30 steel or aluminum to which the gear is linked. Often used in road vehicles, in the agricultural and tractor sector and in the earth-moving field, these are components designed for transmitting mechanical motion.
The power take-offs are made by machining from raw material by turning operation, followed by the assembly of the two parts.
Another example of assembly provided by Aira Valentino is the cooling fan support, a component made of cast iron 190 designed for the assembly of engines for industrial vehicles with earth moving applications. Made by machining from raw material by using a machining center, this is a concrete example of what Aira Valentino is able to achieve in the support tool world.
Thanks to its investments and its know-how, in fact, there are virtually no limits in the production of support tools in the automotive field, since Aira Valentino machinery can work any piece of metal, even of large size, obtaining the perfect product for each customer.
